If this is your first time wielding a lightsaber, this is the perfect way to learn the basic moves and techniques of a true Saber Master. This package will give you access to an array of remote video lessons, geared at improving your skill with a lightsaber. Each lesson instructed by one of our Saber Master. Lessons include saber strikes, saber blocks, and saber spins, as well as proper footwork and warming up. You will also be kept updated on new saber videos and live streams.

If you’re a fan of Ray Parks amazing staff work, this is the package for you. Includes all remote lesson videos of the Cadet Membership plus you will learn how to wield the saber-staff. Each lesson
instructed by one of our Saber Master and include saber-staff strikes, blocks and spins, as well as proper footwork and warming up. You will also be kept updated on new saber and staff videos and live streams.

MASTER COURSE
​
This is the complete Galactic Saber Academy lightsaber experience. This five-level course will teach you everything you need to know to be a true saber master. You will learn the Lightsaber, the lightsaber staff and using two lightsabers. With each completed level, you will be required to learn a saber form* which will include all the moves for that level. As a member of the master’s class, you will also receive a Galactic Saber Academy patch and T- Shirt. Once completed, your name will be added to the Academy lineage and you will become eligible to be an instructor for the Galactic Saber Academy.
CADET
A Recruit is the first rank on your way to master. In this level you will learn the basics of the saber. This includes footwork, blocks and strikes. You will also be required to learn a saber form, which covers all the moves of this level, in order to proceed to the next.

WARRIOR
The warrior spirit comes alive in this level, as you must conquer the saber staff. This is where your dexterity is tested and desire to be a master measured. You will also be required to learn a saber staff form, which covers all the moves of this level, in order to proceed to the next
KNIGHT
This final level before mastery is where you will learn how to wield two lightsabers, with the same skill as with one. Twice the threat, a Saber Knight will have the ability to defend against multiple aggressors with ease.

MASTER
This level begins with a final form, which must be completed in order to proceed. To prove yourself a master you will have but one last task to complete. You must create your own Lightsaber form. Once completed, you will be certified an official GSA Saber Master.
NO JEDI HERE
Galactic Saber Academy does NOT train you to be a Jedi. According to legend, in order for someone to be a Jedi they must have a high level of midi-chlorians in their bloodstream. We, at GSA, know of no human that possesses any of these traits. We will however instruct you by using the same techniques and skills used to train actors, who pretend to be Jedi.
They are being taught the art of Kung Fu, and those fundamentals are what are Masters will be instructing you. Our Masters will teach you to be as skilled with the saber as your favorite fictional character.
ORIGINS OF THE SABER
Many historians have found detailed drawings in ruins throughout the Orient that clearly shows what appears to be lighted swords being used in battle. Dating back about 5,000 years ago, it was widely believed that the early emperors of China came down from the heavens and brought these super-weapons with them.

These lighted swords would glow with a flaming beam of fire that roared with thunder and could destroy anything that got in their path. These fiery swords were only used by the kings or emperors and legend says that these weapons were buried with them in their tombs, to protect them in the afterlife.
